This colouring book is part of a wonderful series of colouring books produced by Dover Publications. Each page shows a wild and fascinating animal in its natural habitat. A wide range of animals are depicted including: bighorn sheep; pumas; various bears; giant pandas; camels; Malayan tapir; warthogs and much more. Each picture has an informative paragraph of text accompanying it.

Even adults learn a lot by looking at the images and reading the texts. The hand-drawn images have enough detail to interest an adult, but I have seen many children happily colouring them in as best as they could. These colouring books are educational and beneficial for all ages. The images are lovely to look at. Colouring them takes you around the world into several exciting natural habitats.
