A picture book for older children telling the story of a young Nativye American girl who ran with a pack of wild horses. Like many Native American stories this book brings us the valuable and ‘magical’ feeling of a different way of being, and of relating to nature. It is a glimpse into a different culture from the near past.

The illustrations are nice and the story is enjoyable.
