This book is very well made. It is well laid out, the text is interesting to read and the photographs with which it is illustrated are fascinating. Even children who are not yet able to read learn amazing things by seeing the pictures of the various elements of the periodic table. Your children can grow with this book.

It is organised and informative without being overly noisy or annoying. Adults can learn a lot from this book alongside children. The periodic table and its elements are revealed for the spectacular and incredible things that they are. I am not able to judge the quality of the information presented in this book as I am not a specialist in Chemistry.  However I trust that DK have done an excellent job bringing our knowledge of chemical elements together here.
