This book is literally just a catalogue of 1000 things that go: from emergency vehicles; airplanes; military tanks; historical ships; building site machines; helicopters; and everything else besides. It is categorised into themes. It has a picture of each ‘thing’ and its name printed underneath.

The drawings unfortunately are made on a computer rather than hand-drawn, and so the book feels very utilitarian. (Surprisingly however) this book is very interesting to little kids (mostly to boys). I have seen many young boys spend hours looking through the book and desiring to have the names told to them.

For little guys who are interested in trucks and planes and the like, this book will be a much-valued gift! I would not have chosen this book to like myself, but I have seen many boys become involved in it. I see nothing inappropriate about the book, and so I have included it here for them.
