A sweet and fun picture book about a little mouse who cannot get to sleep, and his dad whom he keep waking. The storytelling is rich with sounds and images. Small children can relate to it and quickly become absorbed in the mouse’s troubles. The illustrations are cleverly done and there is a lot of fun to be had with young children finding the various objects in the mice’s home. The furniture and decor are constructed from bits and pieces that were collected from a human home and repurposed creatively.
